Automatic high speed cut to length machine line for hot-rolled coil

The product line is used to uncoil,  straighten and cut CR coils,  stainless steel coils,  zinc galvanized plates,  and color coated plates to various plates with special sizes.

Standard devices: charging cart,  uncoiler,  feeding machine,  position-limited device I,  leveling machine,  storage bin position-limited device II,  precisely coordinating size forming machine,  shearing plate machine,  transmission working table,  pneumatic discharging frame,  hydraulic lifting table,  hydraulic system,  and electro-pneumatic system.

The main units of the hydraulic system in the product line adopt the high precise components from Taiwan,  and size forming system of full positioned servo system to control from German Lenze Corp. The electo-pneumatic system adopts import PLC controller and Touch-sensitive Screen to control all the functions,  which has many advanced features such as high automation,  good quality of straightening,  high precision of shearing and cutting,  high product efficiency,  reliable and stable function,  and easy operation and maintenance etc.
