CYLINDERS OF SHEAR & PRESS BRAKE

The material of cylinder is mainly applies seamless pipe with thick wall and 45 forged steel. The inside diameter processing of cylinder applies advanced technology of floating hinge,  cold extrusion and fine honing. The piston rod applies hardening and tempering quenching and surface nickel-phosphorus coat or hard chrome plating technology,  the guide sleeve applies the technological structure as 45 forged steel pressure regulating and wearable zone. All of sealing components apply imported components: has various types as UN ring,  KDAS combined ring,  Gram seal ring and Turcon-stepseal k for user to select.
Our plant has accumulated nearly 20 years' successful experience for manufacturing three-piece of cylinder (body,  piston rod,  guide sleeve),  and applies three cleaning process to ensure good sealing performance and steady and reliable use. During the matching process for many years,  we have gained high opinions in shearing machine and bending machine manufacturing industry.
