Automatic high speed cut to length machine line for cold-rolled coil
The product line is used to uncoil,  straighten and cut CR coils,  stainless steel coils,  zinc galvanized plates,  and color coated plates to various plates with special size.

Standard devices: charging cart,  uncoiler,  plate pressing device,  leveling machine ,  storage bin,  position-limited device,  cutting edge device strip edge recoiler ,  servo-sizing machine,  film device,  shearing machine,  transmission working table,  pneumatic discharging frame,  hydraulic lift table,  discharging working table,  hydraulic system,  and electro-pneumatic system.

The main units of the hydraulic system in the product line adopt the high precise components from Taiwan,  and size forming system of full positioned servo system to control from German Lenze Corp or Japan Yaskawa Corp. The electo-pneumatic system adopts import PLC controller and Touch-sensitive screen to control all the functions,  which has many advanced features such as high automation,  good quality of straightening,  high precision of shearing and cutting,  high product efficiency,  reliable and stable function,  and easy operation and maintenance etc.
