Decoiling and Leveling Production Line

This production line is designed to process metal coils into flat sheets of various lengths, and it can also be equipped with an edge trimming function.

Standard Configuration Includes:

Loading car, decoiler, backing plate pressing device, leveling machine, loop pit (accumulator), limit devices, slitter, edge scrap winder, servo measuring and feeding machine, laminating device, shearing machine, conveyor table, pneumatic discharge rack, hydraulic lifting table, unloading table, hydraulic system, and electrical control system.

Key Features:

The main components of the hydraulic system utilize high-precision components from Taiwan. The measuring system is controlled by a full-position servo system from Germany's Lenze. The electrical control system adopts imported PLC controllers and touch screens for comprehensive line control. This production line is characterized by its high degree of automation, excellent leveling quality, high shearing precision, high production efficiency, stable and reliable performance, as well as convenient operation and maintenance.
